LM-4 modular conductor rail system

LM-4

LM-4 is a modular conductor rail system supplying moving power to cranes, hoists and mobile machinery. The profile is dielectric PVC carrying four poles, with the earth conductor marked in yellow. The table below lists all 14 configurations the manufacturer publishes, from 40 to 200 amps at 500 volts. Protection is rated IP 237 to UNE 20-324-89, CEI 144 and DIN 40050. Every current rating exists in an indoor version and in an outdoor / aggressive-environment version, which differs in component treatment and stainless screws and carries the E suffix.

2331 festoon cable system

Series 2331 is a festoon system that carries flexible cable along a travel path for cranes and moving machinery. The trolleys run on a C-profile of 30 x 28 mm and take a maximum cable package of 58 mm wide by 20 mm high. The table below lists the 12 cable trolleys the manufacturer publishes, by maximum load per trolley — 12 or 15 kg — and by the material of body, wheels, saddle and screws. For aggressive indoor and outdoor conditions the metal components are supplied EPOXY painted or in AISI 304 stainless steel.
