PITCH-PC Push Trolley

PITCH-PC

A hand-pushed trolley that runs along a parallel-flange beam, in three sizes: PC12, PC22 and PC34. Nylon wheels keep the travel quiet, and side track rollers hold the alignment. Tilt and fall protection are included, and the single-bolt design keeps assembly to one fastener. The catalogue quotes no capacity for the three sizes, so it is settled with the manufacturer at the time of order.

An electrically driven trolley under frequency-inverter control, running along the beam flange. The catalogue groups it in three steps: EC12 and EC22 cover 1,200 to 2,200 kg, EC34 covers 3,400 kg, and EC55, EC85 and EC130 cover 5,500 to 13,000 kg. Up to 3,400 kg it travels at 20 and 5 m/min on a 0.37 kW motor; above that at 16 and 4 m/min on 0.6 kW, with two motors on the largest size. A rotating travel limit switch is available as an option.
