GH A12

The A12 is the smallest frame in GH's new hoist generation, rated 1 to 3.2 t. Lifting speed is 5 or 10 m/min depending on whether the rope is reeved 4/1 or 2/1, and the height of lift reaches 21.6 m. A frequency inverter on hoisting and cross travel is standard across all four sizes, rated 5 m/min at full load and 8 m/min at quarter load. A two-speed motor is optional, and A12 is the one size where that option runs at 5 and 1.25 m/min rather than 5 and 0.8.

PWRH Low Headroom electric wire rope hoist

PWRH in its low-headroom build is a monorail electric wire rope hoist from 1.000 kg to 20.000 kg, designed for minimum headroom — the smallest possible gap between hook and ceiling. Lift height is chosen at order from 6, 9, 12 or 18 metres. The hoist is rated for indoor operation across an ambient range of -10 °C to 40 °C at protection class IP55, and the hook is made to DIN 15401.

PWRH with normal headroom trolley

The normal headroom trolley is one of three trolley versions the manufacturer offers for the PWRH hoist, and the catalogue rates it from 1,000 kg to 50,000 kg, larger on request. Against the low headroom version it takes more clearance between the hook and the ceiling, and in exchange reaches a higher capacity, which is why it is the version specified when hall height is not the constraint. The catalogue publishes no model table for this version, so this page states the range and the standard scope of delivery only, and the model is settled with the customer against capacity, span and runway. On the commercial side the catalogue does state one figure explicitly: a warranty period of two years.

PWRH with double-girder trolley

The double-girder build of PWRH carries the series to its full range, 2.000 kg to 80.000 kg — the heavy end of the catalogue, where the load rides on a trolley spanning two girders rather than hanging from a single rail. Lift height is chosen at order from 6, 9, 12 or 18 metres. Like the low-headroom build it is rated for indoor operation at IP55 with a DIN 15401 hook, and the frame size grows with the load: the table carries size H and size C for every step.
