PEH-R corrosion-resistant chain hoist

PEH-R

PEH-R is a corrosion-resistant electric chain hoist for loads up to 1.250 kg, built for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, waste-water treatment plants and outdoor use. Every part in contact with the chain — chain wheel, load hook and screws — is in a corrosion-resistant design, the housing is cataphoresis-coated, and the protection class is IP65. The table lists all 12 models at both duty grades the manufacturer publishes, M4 (A4) and M5 (A5).

Every row is quoted with a 3 m lift; lift heights up to 20 metres are available to order. Models from 15 t upwards are listed under the separate PITCH PF+ series. The lower hook is made to DIN 15400 and the chain to DIN EN 818-7.

PITCH PF+ is the upper capacity tier of the PITCH line, spanning 15.000 kg to 37.000 kg. The table below carries all 13 models in the series exactly as the manufacturer's catalogue lists them: by capacity, FEM classification, lifting speed and number of chain falls. The higher capacities are reached by increasing the chain falls from 6 to 12, so lifting speed drops as capacity rises, from 3.2 m/min at 16 t to 0.56 m/min at 37 t. Every model runs an 11.3 x 31 mm chain and weighs between 306 and 489 kg. The lower hook is made to DIN 15400 and the chain to DIN EN 818-7.

PITCH-K short headroom chain hoist

PITCH-K is the short headroom execution of the PITCH line, rated up to 25 t. The catalogue describes it as the setup for extra short headroom and offers it as a fixed version or on a push or electric trolley. The short design is also the one the manufacturer points to for low ceiling heights and clean rooms. The catalogue publishes no model table for this execution, so this page states the range only and the configuration is settled with the customer against hall height, capacity and runway.
